Mad Hatter’s Tea Party at Cork Educate Together:
This year, instead of our traditional Easter Bonnet Parade, the Student Council dreamed up something a little different—a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, inspired by Alice in Wonderland! The hall was transformed into a whimsical wonderland, thanks to the incredible artistic efforts of every class. From colourful bunting and detailed little figures to beautiful paintings and imaginative drawings, the decorations were truly a feast for the eyes.
A massive thank you to all the parents who contributed an amazing array of food—from wonderful fruit and vegetable platters to delicious sandwiches and sweet treats. The food, all lovingly prepared by the our school community, made the tea party a roaring success!
The fun didn’t stop there—children played themed games in the yard, including a lively round of Mad Hatter’s Tea Cup Jenga, and everyone left the day with a big smile. The hat creations were particularly outstanding, inspired by everything from classic characters to wild and wacky designs. Just one look at the photos and you’ll see the incredible creativity and spirit of the children of Cork Educate Together!
